Beginning of the Novitiate and First Professions at the Claretian Novitiate of Central America

Guatemala City, Guatemala. On Saturday the 4th of August 2012, on the occasion of the celebration of our brother Claretian Martyrs of Barbastro, during a liturgy of the Word, presided by Fr. four from the Independent Delegation of the Antilles: Jesús María Hernández (Dominican), Frantz Cemelus (Haitian), Rubén Dide Sylvestre (Dominican), Keyter Francois (Haitain); and one fro the Province of Central America: Henry Omar Hernández Hernández (Costarican).

Novices_2And, after having placed into practice the fundamentals of missionary life and living the evangelical counsels for a year, on the 5th of August 2012, the day in which we celebrate the Feast of the Transfiguration of the Lord, in a solemn Eucharist presided by Fr. Rodolfo Morales, provincial Superior of Cental America, and concelebrated by Father Héctor Cuadrado, Major Superior of the Independent Delegation of the Antilles, and Alejandro Cerón, Provincial Superior of México, in the Church of Our Lady of Guadalupe of la Aldea El Campanero, Guatemala, first profession of vows was made by: Carlos Bibiano Parra, Luis Ángel Rodríguez Pedraza and Vicente Cancíno Ordóñez, of the Province of México. David Flores Espinoza and Manuel Sánchez, of the Province of Central America. Jean Edouard Israel and Luis Enrique Ortiz Álvarez, of the Independent Delegation of the Antilles.
