Bible Diary in Khasi

Shillong, India. The first Bible Diary in the Khasi language (Ka Khubor Jingpynim), an initiative by the Claretians of the Delegation of Northeast India, was presented publically by Bishop Dominic Jala, Archbishop of Shillong on November 11, 2012.

The Edition was under the care of Frs. Roibok Biam, Palatty Varghese Kadamthode Siby and Kharbhih Melkhizedek, supported by a work team. The purpose of the Bible Diary is to help deepen the faith of the people, putting the Word of God within their reach.

Claretian Publications of Bangalore in collaboration with the “Indian Bible Foundation” has also launched the 2013 Bible Diary with an application for mobile devices.
