Bible Week in the Independent Delegation of Cameroon

The Claretian Bible Week in Cameroon began on Sunday 15 January under the theme: Rediscovering Lectio Divina, with Lk 4:16-21 as the basic text, and will end with Word Sunday on 22 January. Several Claretian communities and parishes have shown themselves positive by organizing solemn Bible enthronements and unveiling the programme of activities for the week, including Bible quizzes, enthronements of the Bible in families and homes, round table conferences, and concerts of religious music, etc…
The Claretian Biblical Pastoral Care in Cameroon is committed to accompanying the said event, in response to the missionary charism of Servants of the Word, by encouraging the missionary brothers to make the Bible alive in the hearts of Christians in all their apostolates.

Bible week in the Mãe da África Independent Delegation

The Bible week in the Mãe da África began on January 16 with the enthronement of the Word. The Delegation organized it at the level of Houses of Formation and the apostolic communities. In the parishes, the event will take place on 22 Sunday 2023 on the day of the ‘Sunday of the Word of God’ with all the people of God .

The Mãe da África is an Independent Delegation consists of Angola and São Tomé Principe.
