Su objetivo es equiparlos y apoyarlos en el ejercicio de su servicio de autoridad de manera sinodal. Asimismo, busca perfeccionar sus habilidades de animaci\u00f3n y promover la corresponsabilidad, el trabajo en equipo y la colaboraci\u00f3n armoniosa a todos los niveles. &#13;\n&#13;\n<\/p>\n\n<p>El curso tambi\u00e9n hizo hincapi\u00e9 en la necesidad de que disciernan y act\u00faen \u00abseg\u00fan el coraz\u00f3n de Dios\u00bb, acompa\u00f1ando a los misioneros, fomentando la cooperaci\u00f3n y promoviendo la creatividad y la innovaci\u00f3n que el Esp\u00edritu requiere en cada momento y lugar de la Congregaci\u00f3n. El curso fue facilitado por el Gobierno General:  P. Mathew Vattamattam, P. Carlos S\u00e1nchez, P. Manuel Tamargo y P. Efr\u00e9n Limpo Lo. El Procurador General, P. Jos\u00e9 F\u00e9lix Valderrabano, y su equipo de la comunidad Iuridicum tambi\u00e9n ofrecieron erudici\u00f3n y orientaci\u00f3n sobre aspectos can\u00f3nicos del
