And the two novices who made their first vows are Ogbede Emmanuel and Onwe Peter, CMFF. Their vows were received by the Provincial Superior, Fr. Simeon Nwobi, CMF.

In his homily, Fr. Simeon urged the candidates to follow Christ, poor, chaste, and obedient in announcing the Gospel in the style of Father Claret. He insisted that they commit themselves to follow in faith like the Virgin Mary. He also asked the prayers of all present for the professed so that they live out the vows they have made to the Lord.
