Maputo, Mozambique. Fr. Josep M. Abella, CMF is making a visit to the communities of Mozambique.
He is being accompanied by Fr. Marcos Aurelio Loro, CMF, the Provincial of Brazil (photo, left), in which the houses of this mission are dependent, and the Provincial of “St. Thomas”, Fr. Thomas Vattukulam (photo, center), whose Province collaborates with Brazil.
The visit began on the 1st of May in Maputo, capital of the country where they spoke with the local Bishop, Don Francisco Chimoio. On May 2nd they were welcomed by Claretians Fathers Rodney, Kingsley, and Joby with whom they spoke about their life, health, and projects.
The two Provincials and Fr. General were able to dialogue about matters of organization, government, and economy in this new missionary region in the lands of Africa.
