Dans l&rsquo;ensemble, l&rsquo;atelier a aid\u00e9 \u00e0 comprendre et \u00e0 construire un leadership efficace dans le contexte de la Congr\u00e9gation et de l&rsquo;\u00c9glise.<\/p>\n\n<p>La province de Bangalore a organis\u00e9 trois ateliers de ce type, le premier en juillet 2023, le deuxi\u00e8me en avril 2024 et le dernier en mai 2024. Ainsi, presque tous les membres de la province ont particip\u00e9 et b\u00e9n\u00e9fici\u00e9 de l&rsquo;atelier.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Source :  <\/strong>P.
