L&rsquo;\u00e9v\u00e9nement, visant \u00e0 approfondir la compr\u00e9hension des dynamiques interculturelles chez les participants, a \u00e9t\u00e9 habilement anim\u00e9 par Joseph Kalakkal CMF.<\/span><\/p><\/p>\n\n<p>Au cours des quatre jours de l&rsquo;atelier, une vari\u00e9t\u00e9 de th\u00e8mes centraux \u00e0 la mission clar\u00e9taine ont \u00e9t\u00e9 explor\u00e9s. Les sessions ont fourni aux novices des outils et des cadres pour relever les d\u00e9fis de l&rsquo;engagement interculturel, un aspect essentiel de leur vocation missionnaire.
