Au cours de cette semaine, les capitulaires ont r\u00e9fl\u00e9chi au pr\u00e9sent et \u00e0 l\u2019avenir de la province, structur\u00e9 en cinq \u00e9tapes fondamentales : D\u00e9couvrir, R\u00eaver, \u00c9lire, Concevoir et Engagement.<\/span><\/p><\/p>\n\n<p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Lors de l\u2019\u00e9tape de <\/span><b>D\u00e9couvrir<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, les participants ont travaill\u00e9 avec les contributions recueillies pendant la pr\u00e9-assembl\u00e9e et l\u2019assembl\u00e9e pastorale. Des rapports d\u00e9taill\u00e9s sur la gouvernance, la pastorale, l\u2019\u00e9conomie et la formation ont \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9sent\u00e9s et examin\u00e9s, offrant une vision claire de la situation actuelle de la province.<\/span><\/p><\/p>\n\n<p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L\u2019\u00e9tape <\/span><b>R\u00eaver<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> a invit\u00e9 les capitulaires \u00e0 imaginer l\u2019avenir, en accord avec les r\u00eaves de la Congr\u00e9gation et de la Province. Ils ont r\u00e9fl\u00e9chi \u00e0 la mission divine qui guide la communaut\u00e9 clar\u00e9taine dans cette r\u00e9gion, en mettant l\u2019accent sur la vocation et l\u2019engagement \u00e9vang\u00e9lisateur.<\/span><\/p><\/p>\n\n<p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Un moment cl\u00e9 fut l\u2019\u00e9tape <\/span><b>\u00c9lire<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, marqu\u00e9e par un discernement spirituel profond et une pri\u00e8re devant le Saint-Sacrement. La nouvelle \u00e9quipe de gouvernement pour les six prochaines ann\u00e9es a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9lue :<\/span><\/p><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><ul>&#13;\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>P. Guillermo Salamanca, CMF<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> : Pr\u00e9fet de la Formation.<\/span><\/li>&#13;\n<\/ul><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Lors de l\u2019\u00e9tape de <\/span><b>Concevoir<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, des strat\u00e9gies ont \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9labor\u00e9es en fonction des r\u00eaves partag\u00e9s. L\u2019accent a \u00e9t\u00e9 mis sur la transformation des structures et l\u2019am\u00e9lioration de la vie provinciale, afin de garantir une croissance en accord avec les besoins pastoraux actuels.<\/span><\/p><\/p>\n\n<p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Enfin, \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tape de <\/span><b>S&rsquo;engager<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, la vie communautaire de la province a \u00e9t\u00e9 examin\u00e9e.
