Le 24 ao\u00fbt 2024 a marqu\u00e9 une \u00e9tape importante pour l&rsquo;\u00c9glise du Manipur et la Provincen des Clar\u00e9tains du Nord-Est de l&rsquo;Inde avec l&rsquo;\u00e9rection officielle de la paroisse Saint-Thomas au village de Laipharok Maring et la b\u00e9n\u00e9diction de son presbyt\u00e8re. Les c\u00e9r\u00e9monies ont \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9sid\u00e9es par Mgr Linus Neli, archev\u00eaque d&rsquo;Imphal, accompagn\u00e9 de Mgr Dominic Lumon, archev\u00eaque \u00e9m\u00e9rite, et du p\u00e8re Joseph Mappilaparambil, CMF, sup\u00e9rieur provincial.<\/p><\/p>\n\n<p>La journ\u00e9e comprenait la b\u00e9n\u00e9diction du presbyt\u00e8re, l&rsquo;inauguration de la paroisse et l&rsquo;installation de son premier cur\u00e9. Au cours de la c\u00e9l\u00e9bration eucharistique, 63 fid\u00e8les ont re\u00e7u la premi\u00e8re communion et 20 ont \u00e9t\u00e9 confirm\u00e9s.
