Onze secr\u00e9taires des diff\u00e9rents organismes majeurs de la Congr\u00e9gation y ont particip\u00e9 : Guillermo Salamanca (Province de Colombia East-\u00c9quateur), Samuel Kandula (Province du Northeast India), Daniel Orlando Velasquez Mendoza (Province de San Jos\u00e9 del Sur), Wilibrodus Kantul (Province d&rsquo;Allemagne), Andrew Falajiki (D\u00e9l\u00e9gation du West Nigeria), Juan Carlos Monroy Morales (Province de Fatima), Stephen Raj Moraes (D\u00e9l\u00e9gation de Saint-Joseph-Vaz), Sebin Scaria (Province de Saint-Thomas), Yeremias Nardin (Province d&rsquo;Ave Maria) et Domingos Kalembe. Miguel,  <em>(D\u00e9l\u00e9gation de Mae da Africa),<\/em> et Michael Oladigui Olawy <em>(D\u00e9l\u00e9gation de Saint Jean-Paul II)<\/em>.<br\/><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Par ce cours, le Gouvernement g\u00e9n\u00e9ral r\u00e9affirme son engagement \u00e0 veiller \u00e0 ce que les secr\u00e9taires de leurs organismes respectifs soient bien pr\u00e9par\u00e9s, soutenus et inspir\u00e9s dans leur mission. Le programme s\u2019est d\u00e9roul\u00e9 en deux parties : une formation th\u00e9orique et une s\u00e9rie d\u2019ateliers. La premi\u00e8re partie \u00e9tait structur\u00e9e autour de trois axes principaux : la communication, le <em>Manuel du secr\u00e9taire<\/em> r\u00e9vis\u00e9 et les aspects canoniques essentiels. Les participants ont \u00e9t\u00e9 invit\u00e9s \u00e0 approfondir leur mission. Ensemble, ils ont explor\u00e9 leurs r\u00f4les avec une clart\u00e9 renouvel\u00e9e, d\u00e9couvert les meilleures pratiques et r\u00e9fl\u00e9chi aux nuances des normes canoniques et du droit propre class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cette exp\u00e9rience d&rsquo;apprentissage a \u00e9t\u00e9 enrichie par la contribution de diff\u00e9rents services de la Curie g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, notamment l&rsquo;\u00e9quipe iClaret, l&rsquo;\u00e9quipe de canonistes Iuridicum, le Procureur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, l&rsquo;Archiviste g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, le Bureau du discernement et le Secr\u00e9taire des pr\u00e9fectures. De m\u00eame, la pr\u00e9cieuse collaboration de certains Clar\u00e9tains en sp\u00e9cialisation (CIS) et de la communaut\u00e9 de la Curie, notamment pour la logistique et la traduction, a instaur\u00e9 un climat de fraternit\u00e9 et de mission partag\u00e9e. Les apr\u00e8s-midi se sont d\u00e9roul\u00e9s \u00e0 un rythme soutenu et dynamique, les participants se consacrant \u00e0 la mise \u00e0 jour de la base de donn\u00e9es de la Congr\u00e9gation \u2013 connue des secr\u00e9taires sous le nom de SECLAR \u2013 et se familiarisant avec les formulaires du Secr\u00e9tariat g\u00e9n\u00e9ral.<br\/><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le stage s&rsquo;est achev\u00e9 sur une note significative, marqu\u00e9e par des moments de partage sinc\u00e8res de r\u00e9flexions et exp\u00e9riences. L&rsquo;eucharistie, pr\u00e9sid\u00e9e par le P\u00e8re Efr\u00e9n Limpo Lo, CMF, Secr\u00e9taire g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, a ensuite \u00e9t\u00e9 c\u00e9l\u00e9br\u00e9e, concluant cette exp\u00e9rience dans un climat de pri\u00e8re et de gr\u00e2ce.&#13;\n<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images columns-default is-cropped wp-block-gallery-3
