Le P. Artur Teixeira CMF., Pr\u00e9sident de l\u2019Assembl\u00e9e a pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 une r\u00e9flexion  d\u2019initiation  suivie d\u2019une recollection. Les principales sessions ont \u00e9t\u00e9 initi\u00e9es  par l\u2019\u00e9valuation de la D\u00e9l\u00e9gation  au cours des trois derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es.
