Lay Missionaries of PROMICLA Announced

Jimaní, Dominican Republic. This coming September 1st will mark the beginning of the second year of the Program of Lay Claretians (PROMICLA) organized by the Missionaries and the Lay Claretians of the Antilles. Five young adults from various countries in Latin America will begin their ministry for the first time, and two from the previous years will continue on.

In the photo are the names and places of origin of each one.
The volunteers, in shared mission with the Claretian Missionaries, will live in a community of life and mission in Jimaní, Dominican Republic, on the border with Haiti, and will develop various services of human and religious advancement, especially in favor of migrants.
