Cavite, Philippines. The General Government of the Claretian Missionaries began a meeting with the Governments of the Asian Organisms on December 3, 2025, coinciding with the feast of St. Francis Xavier, Patron of Missionaries. Held at St. Paul Spirituality Centre in Cavite, the gathering opened with morning prayer, the solemn enthronement of the Word of God, and a symbolic presentation of rice and multi-coloured scarves representing Asia’s diversity. Fr. Henry Omonisaye, CMF, Vicar General, offered the opening remarks, while Fr. Amador, CMF, Major Superior of the Fr. Rhoel Gallardo Province, warmly welcomed the participants. The keynote address by Fr. Mathew Vattamattam, CMF, Superior General, highlighted the missionary spirit of St. Anthony Mary Claret, reflecting on Asia’s shaping future, its challenges, the Church’s presence, and priorities for Claretian mission in the region. The day continued with presentations from each organism, sharing experiences, blessings, and struggles. The encounter aims to listen deeply to God, to one another, and to the realities of Asia, discerning the Spirit’s guidance to strengthen communion among ASCLA Organisms and live the Claretian Dream in Asian soil.
