Bayamón, Puerto Rico. At 10 am of Saturday, August 10, 2019, Most Rev. Ruben Gonzalez Medina, CMF, Bishop of the Diocese of Ponce, ordained Deacon Luis Enrique Ortiz, CMF to the order of Presbyters at the San José de Magnolia Parish in Bayamón. Two prayer meetings and thanksgiving for the vocation received took place before the main celebration. One was on August 8 at the Claretian parish of the Heart of Mary in Caguas and the on August 9 at the St. Anthony Mary Claret Parish in Bayamon. He celebrated his First Mass on Sunday morning of August 11, 2019 at the Church of Sta. Teresita in Caguas.
