Seu objetivo \u00e9 equip\u00e1-los e apoi\u00e1-los no exerc\u00edcio de seu servi\u00e7o de autoridade de maneira sinodal. Da mesma forma, procura melhorar suas habilidades de anima\u00e7\u00e3o e promover a corresponsabilidade, o trabalho em equipe e a colabora\u00e7\u00e3o harmoniosa em todos os n\u00edveis.<\/p>\n\n<p>O curso tamb\u00e9m enfatizou a necessidade de discernir e agir &#8220;segundo o cora\u00e7\u00e3o de Deus&#8221;, acompanhando os mission\u00e1rios, fomentando a coopera\u00e7\u00e3o e promovendo a criatividade e a inova\u00e7\u00e3o que o Esp\u00edrito requer em cada momento e lugar da Congrega\u00e7\u00e3o. O curso foi facilitado pelo Governo Geral: Pe. Mathew Vattamattam, Pe. Carlos S\u00e1nchez, Pe. Manuel Tamargo e Pe. Efr\u00e9n Limpo Lo. O Procurador Geral, Pe. Jos\u00e9 F\u00e9lix Valderr\u00e1bano, e sua equipe da comunidade Iuridicum tamb\u00e9m ofereceram erudi\u00e7\u00e3o e orienta\u00e7\u00e3o sobre aspectos can\u00f4nicos do
