VUCA significa Volatilidade, Incerteza, Complexidade e Ambiguidade, destacando os desafios enfrentados pelas pessoas consagradas hoje.<\/p><\/p>\n\n<p>Os palestrantes inclu\u00edram o Pe. Valens Agino, CMF; Pe. Kristian Paskalis Cangkung, CMF; Pe. Sabu George Palackathadathil, CMF; Pe. Jos\u00e9 Ferdinandus Melo, CMF; Pe. Viktor Doddy Sau Sasi, CMF; e Irm\u00e3 Rosaria Nur Hardiningsih, CB. O evento foi moderado pelo Pe. Reneldus Maryono Paing, CMF.<\/p>\n\n<p>No primeiro dia, o Pe. Valens Agino, CMF, discutiu o impacto do mundo VUCA na vida consagrada e prop\u00f4s contramedidas baseadas em vis\u00e3o, compreens\u00e3o, coragem e adaptabilidade. Ele enfatizou a import\u00e2ncia do discernimento espiritual e da fidelidade \u00e0 voca\u00e7\u00e3o. O Pe. Kristian Paskalis Cangkung, CMF, ent\u00e3o explorou a jornada hist\u00f3rica da vida consagrada atrav\u00e9s das lentes da orienta\u00e7\u00e3o, desorienta\u00e7\u00e3o e reorienta\u00e7\u00e3o, incitando os participantes a verem as crises como momentos de gra\u00e7a.<\/p>\n\n<p>O segundo dia contou com o Pe. Sabu George Palackathadathil, CMF, que refletiu sobre os aspectos teol\u00f3gicos da consagra\u00e7\u00e3o, enfatizando o testemunho prof\u00e9tico e a necessidade de perseveran\u00e7a em meio aos desafios. O Pe. Yoseph Ferdinandus Melo, CMF, extraiu de documentos do Vaticano para destacar a fidelidade e a perseveran\u00e7a alegre, alertando contra fatores que enfraquecem a voca\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n<p>No terceiro dia, o Pe. Viktor Doddy Sau Sasi, CMF, abordou a vida consagrada de uma perspectiva legal, com foco na fidelidade e nos desafios da seculariza\u00e7\u00e3o. A Irm\u00e3 Rosaria Nur Hardiningsih, CB, concluiu com o testemunho inspirador de Elisabeth Gruyters, um modelo de perseveran\u00e7a na vida consagrada.<\/p>\n\n<p><p>O evento reuniu centenas de homens e mulheres consagrados de v\u00e1rias congrega\u00e7\u00f5es da Indon\u00e9sia, de aspirantes a membros professos perp\u00e9tuos, promovendo renova\u00e7\u00e3o e comprometimento na vida
