“Second novitiate” in Chile

Santiago de Chile. Since December 16th, five students in formation in the South American Province have been studying for their “second novitiate” that prepares them for taking their perpetual vows.

The community house made ready for the experience was that of the Parish of St Anthony Mary Claret, in the municipality of San Miguel, Santiago, Chile.

In the group were the following students: Adonis Artigas CMF, originally from the Philippines, but from the Province of Argentina-Uruguay; Pedro Caballero CMF, Paraguayan, from the province of Santiago and the Brazilians: Alcimar Lima CMF, Daniel Aparício CMF and Rodrigo Castro CMF from the Province of Brazil.
In addition to the lectures, the group will engage in extensive pastoral work at the Marian Shrine of Andacollo.
In the opening session, they have been guided by brother Bernardo Vidal CMF and other members of the host community.
