The process continues in the reorganization of the South Zone of Latin America

Buenos Aires, Argentina.Durante During the General Assembly of CICLA celebrated from the 4th to the 7th of May in Lima, Peru, the Major Superiors of Chile and Argentina-Uruguay, and the superiors of the missions of Humahuaca and Paraguay met with Fr. Mario Gutiérrez Medina, CMF, coordinator of the process of unification of these Provinces in the South of Latin America.

At the meeting the steps taken up until now were reviewed to conform it into a new Claretian Province, tackling distinct areas of the apostolate, as well as studying the themes dealing with the next meeting of the teams which will take place from May 30-31 in Montevideo, Uruguay.

Another important step was made from May 11-12 in Buenos Aires, Argentina in the meeting of those in charge of the economy of the distinct Provinces. There they reviewed the presuppositions and exchanged relevant information.
Participating in this meeting were the econome of Argentina-Uruguay, Fr. Gustavo Larrazábal, the econome from the Province of Santiago, Fr. Angel de la Parte, the econome from Bética, Fr. Juan José García, Fr. Miguel García Carreño from Humahuaca, Fr. Joaquin Medina of Paraguay and Fr. Mario Gutiérrez from Chile. (Photos)
