With these encouraging words from St. Anthony Mary Claret, we send our greetings to the whole Congregation on the 162nd Anniversary of its foundation.
On this anniversary of 2011, the Province of San José del Sur is born (…),
made up of the former Provinces and Delegations of Argentina-Uruguay, Chile, Humahuaca y Paraguay. It was made official at the 1st Assembly of the New Province which was celebrated in Talagante, Chile from the 15th to the 17th of July, and presided over by Fr. Josep Ma. Abella, CMF, Superior General.
Participating in this Assembly were the Governments of the former entities, all the local superiors, the other Claretians who took part, and various lay people from the pastoral animation teams. More information at: www.claretianoszonasur.org
