Kerala, India: St. Thomas Province of Claretian missionaries celebrate their 5th Provincial Chapter from 7th to 12th December, 2022. The Chapter was officially inaugurated on 7th December and the theme of the Chapter is ‘Rooted in Christ and Itinerant in Mission’. The Chapter consist of Rev. Fr. Pedro Belderrain cmf (Chapter President) and 38 members.
After the opening session, Chapter members entered into a moment of prayer and Recollection till noon. In the afternoon and evening sessions were dedicated to Report presentations leading the chapter to Discovery phase. On 8th, the second day, His Beatitude Cardinal George Alanchery presided over the Holy Mass and addressed the Chapter members. The chapter will conclude on 12th December 2022.
