Biblical Ministry in Haiti

Sep 6, 2011 | Antillas, Bible Ministry

Jeremi, Haití. From the 12st to the 27th of August six Ecumenical Biblical Schools met, born of the work of “Claret Biblical Service”, under the theme: “We have not lost hope”. We want to help rebuild Haiti with the force of the Gospel!

This occasion was accompanied by the renowned biblical scholar, Pablo Richard, who helped them discover the way of Spirit in the Acts of the Apostles.

The 122 participants of the Schools, most especially the advisors of this process, gave a summary of the results, shared with us: “The force of the Spirit is the same which today accompanies the suffering people of Haiti and with whom we walk at their side. Jesus of Nazareth continues to live and is in the midst of His suffering people, with the same liberating presence and the same confidence in the Father-Mother who wishes to establish His Kingdom in the world. With this we are able to proclaim with conviction that we HAVE NOT LOST HOPE.” (fotos)
