Father Carl Quebedeaux CMF awarded

Chicago, USA. The Office of the Archdiocese of Chicago for Hispanic Catholics has granted the “Angelina Márquez” award to Fr. Carl Quebedeaux CMF, Pastor of Our Lady of Guadalupe Parish of South Chicago.

This recognition has been granted him because of his exceptional dedication to the service of the Hispanic community. The award was given

to him in the 12th annual “Gala Night”, in which the Archbishop of Chicago, Cardinal Francis George OMI was honour guest.

Under the motto: Mary, icon of hope, Mother of a pilgrim church, the Gala Night is sponsored by the Office for Hispanic Catholics of the Archdiocese of Chicago and this time it counted on the participation of about one thousand people, representing close to 150 parishes, dedicated to the pastoral ministry.
