Parish of Our Lady of Victory

Jan 14, 2013 | Parish Ministry, USA - Canada

Montreal, Canadá. Since September 2012, the Claretians of the Delegation of Canada have taken on a French-speaking parish in Montreal: The Parish of Our Lady of Victory.

Officially founded on November 24, 1907 the parish has 2,700 families, although not all are practicing.

Fr. Felix Anombogo, CMF, who has been named Pastor, comments:

I have discovered a vibrant community, welcoming and diverse.
The involvement and generosity of the people is extraordinary. The parishioners are generous in offering their talents and time. They have a feeling of belonging and pride for their parish.
The Claretians, together with these welcoming and dynamic faithful, are called to face the challenges, build projects, share moments of joy, and mutually help one another in times of difficulty.
