President of the Major Superiors Conference of Nigeria

Abuja, Nigeria. Every year the Major Superiors of all the Religious Congregations in Nigeria meet to review the management of their work and progress so far. This year, 2013, the meeting took place from the 21st – 25th of January in Abuja.

In one of the sessions, Very Rev. Fr. Henry Omonisaye, cmf the Major Superior of Independent Delegation of West Nigeria was elected the President of the Major Superiors Conference of Nigeria. By this election, he will be attending the meetings of the Catholic Bishops Conference of Nigeria to represent this group thereof.
