Barbastro, Spain. The Province of Santiago has started a remembrance-homage to the Martyrs of Barbastro in their 75th Anniversary, with an extraordinary issue of the bulletin Mártires Claretianos.
The bulletin gathers a series of interesting articles on the testimony of
“our martyrs” from the viewpoint of history, geography, spirituality and the message that they are still sending us from the Claretian charism.
These reflexions may constitute a good stimulus and subsidy to celebrate the liturgical memoria next August 13th.
The Claretian Martyrs of Barbastro museum underwent renovation and was blessed by Fr. Mathew Vattammattam, CMF on December 10, 2023. It will soon be inaugurated and reopened to the public.
