St. Thomas Province Celebrates Ordination of Five Deacons to Holy Priesthood During Easter Season

Karukutty, India. In the joyous Easter Season of 2023, the St. Thomas Province celebrated the ordination of five deacons to the Holy Order of Priesthood. The ordination ceremonies were held in their respective home parishes, and were attended by conferrers, relatives, and well-wishers.

The ordinations mark a continued growth and blessings of the Congregation and the people of God. It is a testament to the tireless efforts of the missionaries who have dedicated their lives to carrying out God’s mission to the ends of the Earth.

The following are the Ordained Priests;

1. Fr. George Jose Kuruttuparambil CMF, 19^th April 2023 – St. Antony’s Church, Marika 
2. Fr. George (Midhun) Panachikalayil CMF, 24^th April 2023 – St. Mary’s Forane Church, Thazhathupally Kaduthuruthy 
3. Fr. Jacob (Jomy) Panakuzhy CMF, 25^th April 2023 – Holy Ghost Forane Church, Muttuchira 
4. Fr. Sebin Scaria Thakidivadakkethil CMF, 26^th April 2023 – St. Maria Goretti Church, Kollamula
5.  Fr. Francis (Jibin) Kavupurathu CMF, 27^TH April 2023 – St. Joseph’s Church, Koovappally
