Los Negrales, Madrid, Spain. The ninth English edition of the Forge Claretian Renewal Encounter concluded on 8 December 2025 with a Sending Forth Eucharist presided by Rev. Fr. Gonzalo Fernández Sanz, CMF. Fourteen missionaries from Brazil, India, Nigeria, and the Philippines completed the 80-day journey of deep formation, representing nine Major Organisms of the Congregation.
The program, directed by Frs. Antony Bhyju and Arul Jesu Robin with the collaboration of Frs. Joe Terry, Sebin, and Felix, offered a transformative experience through four key phases: Quid Prodest, Patris Mei, Caritas Christi, and Spiritus Domini. Pilgrimages to Claretian holy sites in Barbastro and Fontfroide enriched the participants’ spiritual reflection and missionary commitment.
During the closing ceremony, the missionaries received their Certificates of Participation and the Forge Cross, a sign of renewed dedication to the evangelizing mission of the Church. They also shared a heartfelt message addressed to the entire Congregation, expressing their gratitude and reaffirming their desire to keep alive the fire of the Gospel.
“We wholeheartedly recommend the Forge to all our brothers so that our Congregation may continue growing in the spirit of Claret,” they wrote, entrusting the fruits of their renewal to the Heart of Mary.
