Rome. A few days before Christmas, in the Crypt of the Church of St Lucy of Gonfalone, the oldest Claretian community in Rome, there was a presentation of the recorded Reading of the Bible, completed in collaboration with the Valdense Evangelical Church in Cavour Square (Rome) and the Bible Society of Italy.
The two actors, Franco Giacobini and Angela Goodwin, bringing their theatrical experience to the service of the Word, read the complete works of the Bible in a dramatised format.
Now, with special thanks to the Italian Bible Society, the recording of this reading has been made available to the general public on two discs in MP3 format.
