Spain. From December 5 to 9, the members of the General Council of the Lay Claretians Movement, Constantino Rodríguez, Magda Araujo, Fermín Mena and Vicente Sanz, gathered in the Curia of the Province of Santiago, in Madrid. Their main task was the approval of the Minutes of the VII General Assembly, celebrated in Guatemala, the study of the conclusions of the said Assembly and the Action Plan of the Council for the next four years. In addition there were other minor themes such as the promotion of the Movement, the data base, the actualization and publication of subsidies, the celebration of the 25th anniversary, the relationship with the Claretian family, etc. They have been days of intensive work, but also of living together among ourselves and with the Claretian missionaries and other members of the Claretian family of Madrid. Later, through the magazine, new information about the encounter will be coming.
