Domingo Moraleda, soul and director of the Claretian Institute of Consecrated Life for Asia (ICLA), with its centre in Manila, died in a vehicular accident. This painful event demanded the appointment of a new Director of ICLA. This new position has been entrusted to Fr. Samuel Canilang, a Filipino priest, doctor in Theology of Consecrated Life by the Pontifical University of Salamanca and knowledgeable about ICLA for his close collaboration with Fr. Moraleda in the said Institute.
