Sanyasa Inaugurates its Academic Year 2022-23 with Innovations

Bengaluru, India. The academic year 2022-2023 in Sanyasa was officially inaugurated on 18th June 2022 with the Holy Mass celebrated by Fr. V. Lawrence, CMF, the former Superior Delegate of Kolkata Independent Delegation. Apart from the students and staff members of Sanyasa, priests from Claret Nivas and Claret Bhavan also took part in the Mass. The Indian Novices too participated in the program. Fr. V. Lawrence gave an inspiring homily, asking the consecrated persons to focus on the person of Jesus and bear fruits in abundance.

This year, Sanyasa has six PG students and fifteen diploma students on campus, and 136 online certificate course students of Consecrated Life from eleven countries. The institute will also organize residential cum online courses for formators beginning October 2022. About 25 consecrated persons are expected to take part in this program.

Furthermore, they will also conduct offline and online certificate as well as diploma courses on Safeguarding Minors beginning December 2022. They will have another 100 hours of online weekend certificate course on Bible Study starting January 2023. There will also be a residential three-month course for those preparing for the final profession starting January 2023. About 20 juniors are expected to participate. All of these are the different innovative programs that Sanyasa has planned for the new academic year. Together, they will be having around 225 students both campus and online in the academic year 2022-23. The Institute is hopeful of getting a few more campus students in the coming months.
