Chaclacayo-Lima, Perú. During the afternoon session of January 5th 2011, the Chapter of the recently created Province of Perú-Bolivia elected Fr Juan Carlos Bartra as their Provincial Superior.
The 29 assembled Chapter members in the room elected the new Provincial in the first round, with an absolute majority.
Then, at 16.00hrs everyone went to the chapel where the newly elected Provincial formally accepted the responsibility in the presence of Fr General.
