Gabriel Antonio Mejía, CMF was one of the attendees of the International Conference on “Drugs and Addiction: An Obstacle to Integral Human Development,” promoted by the Dicastery for Promoting Integral Human Development held last November 29 to December 1, 2018 at the New Synod Hall, Vatican City. They were received by Pope Francis at the Apostolic Palace in the morning of the 1st of December.
