Rome, Italy. On March 9, 2018, the Vatican Secretary of State, in the name of Pope Francis, handed over to us the brief Apostolic narration of the Beatification of Jose Maria Cano and Companion Martyrs, a document in parchment paper, an attest to the solemn event “ad perpetuam rei memoriam.” It was signed by the Secretary of the State and sealed with the Fisherman’s Ring. Another valuable treasure for the Claretian Museum in the General Curia.
Blessing of the Museum of the Claretian Martyrs: A Witness of Peace and Reconciliation
The Claretian Martyrs of Barbastro museum underwent renovation and was blessed by Fr. Mathew Vattammattam, CMF on December 10, 2023. It will soon be inaugurated and reopened to the public.
