Colmenar Viejo, Spain. Everything is ready to initiate the Encounter of the General Government with the Major Superiors of the Congregation. The meeting will begin on the 8th and will close on the 18th of September.
At the end of it, a brief formation course for newly elected Major Superiors, who will have their first experience in the service of authority in their respective Major Institutes, will be held.
The main objective of the Encounter is “to reconcile the most important government actions and the criteria that will guide them.”
Participants in the Encounter will be: Fr. General with the six members of his Government team and the General Secretary, twenty Provincial Superiors, fifteen Major Superiors of Independent Delegations and the Coordinator of the reorganization process of the Major Institutes of the South zone of Latin America.
To make the work of the participants easier, they will count on the service of three translators for the English and Spanish languages and a team of six Claretians of the community of Colmenar Viejo and of the Province of Santiago for the services of the guess quarters.
