Sasaima, Colombia. From the 12th to the 18th of July, 2012 at the “Las Mercedes” Retreat House in Sasaima, Colombia 28 Claretians in an Encounter of Formators and Formandi of CICLA North and the USA met.
Previously the Prefects of Formation of the Organisms represented, coordinated by the Executive Secretary of CICLA, had been given the task of establishing the following objectives of the Meeting:
1) To encourage the exchange and dialogue of experiences in and from the formative itinerary of every Organism, strengthening the identity and missionary fraternity
2) Reflect jointly on the option of the Consecrated Life in intercultural and inter-provincial communities.
3) To share the Project of the Forge in daily life and formation.
The meeting proceeded in an atmosphere of warmth, respect, joy, and creativity. All expressed their gratitude to CICLA for reintroducing these meetings and to the Province of Colombia East-Ecuador for having provided them with the facilities to carry-out this meeting.
